  • Incorrect Size: The item does not match the size selected at the time of order.

  • Product Dissatisfaction: If you're not satisfied with the attar or any product from the AL Miskan range.

Important Note for Return/Refund Claims:

For any faulty delivery complaints (e.g., stolen item from the package, damaged or empty package), you must provide a clear unboxing video of the sealed package. This video is essential for us to process your request. Without an unboxing video, your complaint cannot be entertained.
